So I have just started all of my Goosebumps books. this series was the first sooks I ever owned, my dad found pretty much the whole set at a bootsale and found the odd missing ones elsewhere.
I am currently on book 4 (curse of the mummy's tomb)but id like to go back and talk about the first three too.
WELCOME TO DEAD HOUSE
As a child this book terrified me! and being the first book of the series I was a bit worried to read the rest. the one part that always got me was the little boy and the knocking on the door turning into banging. (weird I know) the whole book was so tense it really keeps you on your toes and then there is the huge twist that I did not expect at all. R.L Stine's books are written for younger viewers but the way he writes just pulls you in and the fact that they are short stories is very impressive because he has so many ideas for SO MANY different scary stories.
